Sèvremoine: Mauges villages and the Moine valley
Between the Sèvre Nantaise and the Moine, the villages of Sèvremoine combine old stone houses and recent housing estates. Homes from the 1980s–90s often need a complete interior refresh: walls, ceilings, doors and parquet.
In the valley, humidity encourages moss on facades and low walls: cleaning followed by a water repellent protects surfaces for the long term.
