Moss, lichen, pollution and streaks blacken facades and weaken materials. Yet poorly controlled cleaning can damage soft stone such as tufa or old renders.
We adapt the method to each surface: biocide treatment, low-pressure rinse, then a breathable water repellent that limits the return of dirt.

Does high-pressure cleaning damage the facade?
On soft surfaces, yes. That is why we prefer a chemical treatment followed by a low-pressure rinse.
How long does a water-repellent treatment last?
Depending on exposure, a quality water repellent protects the facade for 5 to 10 years.
Should the facade be cleaned before repainting?
Always. Paint applied to a dirty or mossy surface will not adhere for long.
