A beautiful floor starts with preparation.

A successful parquet floor starts with the subfloor: flatness, moisture, underlay. We check the screed or old floor before any installation — that is what prevents boards from creaking, lifting or separating.

We lay solid, engineered and laminate parquet, renovate old parquet by sanding and varnishing or oiling, and install resilient flooring (vinyl, lino, LVT) for a clean finish throughout the house.

Can an old parquet floor be renovated rather than replaced?

Very often, yes. A solid parquet floor can be sanded several times during its life: sanding followed by varnishing or oiling restores its original look for far less than a new floor.

Varnish or oil: which should I choose?

Varnish forms a hard-wearing film, ideal for busy rooms; oil nourishes the wood and keeps a natural look, with slightly more regular maintenance. We will advise you according to the room and how you use it.

Do you also lay resilient flooring?

Yes: vinyl, lino and LVT planks, on a levelled subfloor for a perfectly flat surface.

Do you travel far from Saint-Pierre-Montlimart?
